Whether you’re brand new or already training calisthenics, this program will challenge you, teach you, and build real progress you can feel.
What You’ll Learn:
-Push-up progression & strict technique
-Pull-up/Muscle up mechanics & strength
-Handstand control
-Core strength (hollow/arch, L-sit fundamentals)
-Balance skills (crow pose, planche)
-Beginner pistol squat preparation
-Mobility for wrists, shoulders & hips
-Injury-preventive strength for long-term progress
